Delete your FastStock account
Effective October 13, 2026 · Support: katilov.apps@gmail.com
You can request deletion by email without installing FastStock or signing in on a website.
Before deletion
- Export inventory or save a full backup if you need a copy.
- Cancel renewal in Google Play: Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → FastStock → Cancel subscription.
- Account deletion is separate from subscription cancellation and does not automatically issue a refund.
Option A — in the app
- Open FastStock and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Open Settings → Account settings → Delete account.
- Read the warning, complete any requested recent sign-in, and confirm deletion.
- Keep an internet connection while the request is submitted and processed.
Option B — by email
Email katilov.apps@gmail.com with the subject Delete my FastStock account. Include the email address used for FastStock and explicitly request deletion of the account and associated data. If possible, send the message from that address. A Firebase UID is optional.
Support may reasonably verify account control but will never ask for your password, authentication token, purchase token or payment details. Email is a manual request; verified requests are processed without undue delay, subject to technical, security and legal requirements.
Data removed
Successful server deletion removes the Firebase Authentication account, FastStock profile, lifetime quota and item claims, restore jobs, entitlements, subscription records including encrypted purchase tokens, and related account lookup records. On a device that validates completion, FastStock removes the account-owned workspace, including items, boxes and shelves, sessions, quantities, condition, notes, original photos, drafts and selected account caches.
Data not automatically removed everywhere
- Google Play keeps its own payment and transaction records.
- Exports, backups, emailed or shared files must be deleted from their saved locations.
- Offline or unopened devices may retain local copies until they validate completion or app storage is cleared.
- Guest or other-account workspaces, cached exports and staged restore copies may remain.
- Limited hashed purchase-ownership, security and deletion-completion records may be retained for fraud prevention, reconciliation, completion evidence and legal obligations.
Erase remaining local copies
After saving anything you need, use Android Settings → Apps → FastStock → Storage → Clear storage. This removes all FastStock app-private data on that device, including unrelated guest or other-account workspaces. Delete externally saved files separately.
