Your inventory and photographs are stored on your device. Signing in does not automatically upload or synchronize your inventory database or photos.
1. Scope and contact
FastStock is provided by Katilov Apps and helps users photograph and organize reseller inventory. For privacy questions, corrections, access, or deletion requests, email katilov.apps@gmail.com.
2. Information stored on your device
FastStock stores items, stable and display IDs, boxes and optional shelves, inventory sessions, quantities, NEW/USED condition, notes, timestamps, photographs, workspace settings, unfinished forms and offline drafts, cached account and quota status, authentication-session data managed by Firebase, pending purchase tokens in app-private Android preferences, and export or backup files staged for use. Camera access is requested only when you choose to take photos.
3. Authentication and account information
Email/password and Google Sign-In are provided through Firebase Authentication. Firebase processes the credentials you select and provides a user identifier. FastStock can process your UID, email, display name, provider, verification state, account timestamps and time-zone history. Passwords are not stored in the inventory database or backup. Firebase and Google infrastructure may process IP address, platform, SDK, app identifiers and related security information.
4. Backend data
Firebase and the FastStock backend process account-related records rather than your complete inventory or photo files. Records can include lifetime item quota and claims, entitlement state, verified subscription information, purchase-token hashes and encrypted purchase tokens, hashed account binding, restore-reconciliation identifiers and counts, account-deletion status, rate limits, verification locks, and operational quota events. Notes and photograph bytes are not uploaded for restore reconciliation.
5. Google Play purchases
Google Play handles checkout and payment information. FastStock does not receive payment-card or bank-account details. Purchase tokens are sent to the backend for verification and stored server-side using AES-256-GCM encryption; a token hash is used for ownership and duplicate checks. Google Play’s verified state controls Pro access, renewal, cancellation, expiration, refunds and revocations.
6. App Check and Play Integrity
Firebase App Check and Google Play Integrity may process package, version, signing, device-attestation, licensing and related tokens to reduce abuse. These signals do not contain inventory photographs or notes.
7. Purposes and sharing
Information is used to authenticate users, protect workspaces, enforce the lifetime Free item allowance, verify subscriptions, reconcile backups, process deletion and prevent abuse. FastStock contains no ads and does not integrate Firebase Analytics or Crashlytics. We do not sell personal information. Service providers include Firebase, Google Cloud, Google Play and Play Integrity. When you share an export or backup, your chosen recipient receives its contents under its own rules.
8. Security
Backend requests use secure connections and authenticated access controls. Purchase tokens are encrypted on the server and keys are held in Google Cloud Secret Manager. FastStock does not add its own encryption to the local inventory database, photos, standard exports or backup archives. No system can guarantee absolute security or recovery.
9. Export, backup and offline drafts
XLSX exports can include original photos in a ZIP; CSV exports contain a table only. A full backup can contain workspace data, photos and drafts and is intended for restoration. Backups and exports are ordinary, non-password-encrypted files. Restore requires a supported account-owned backup, matching signed-in account and server reconciliation. Drafts stay local until item authorization succeeds.
10. Retention
Local inventory and drafts remain until you delete them, clear app storage, uninstall the app or otherwise remove the data. Files saved or shared elsewhere remain under your or the recipient’s control. Account, security, subscription, support and deletion records are retained only as reasonably necessary for service operation, fraud prevention, purchase processing, deletion completion and legal obligations. Limited hashed ownership, security and deletion-completion records may remain.
11. Account and data deletion
Use Account → Delete account in the app or email katilov.apps@gmail.com. Successful deletion removes the Firebase Authentication account, backend profile, quota and claims, restore jobs, entitlements and subscription records including encrypted purchase tokens, subject to limited retained security records. A device removes the owned local workspace after it receives and validates completion. Offline devices, externally saved files, Google Play records, cached exports and unrelated workspaces are not automatically removed. See Delete your FastStock account.
12. Children and availability
FastStock is a business inventory tool and is not directed to children under 13. It is initially offered in the United States. Google service providers may process data in locations where they operate.
13. Changes
This policy may be updated when features, data practices or legal requirements change. The effective date on this page will be revised.
