1. Using FastStock
FastStock is an Android tool for photographing and organizing reseller inventory into items, boxes, optional shelves and sessions, recording quantity, condition and notes, and creating exports and backups. It is not a marketplace and does not guarantee inventory accuracy, valuation or successful resale.
2. Accounts and local inventory
New item creation requires an active Firebase account and server authorization. Keep your account secure. Inventory and photos are primarily local; sign-in synchronizes account, quota and entitlement checks—not inventory contents. Signing out or uninstalling does not delete the account or cancel a subscription.
3. Free allowance
Free accounts may create up to 50 items over the lifetime of the Firebase account. One item counts once regardless of quantity or photo count. Editing does not consume another slot, and deleting an item does not return a slot. Reinstalling or changing devices does not reset usage. Export, full backup, supported restore and editing remain available at the limit.
4. Pro subscription
Pro permits unlimited item creation while the server-verified entitlement is valid. It is an auto-renewing Google Play subscription; price, billing period and purchase terms are shown by Google Play. Google Play processes payment and the backend must verify and acknowledge access. Manage or cancel renewal in Google Play. Cancellation can leave Pro active until the confirmed paid period ends. Expiration does not delete existing items. Refund requests follow Google Play processes and applicable law.
5. Connectivity, drafts and restore
Quota and subscription verification require internet access. When authorization is unavailable, FastStock may preserve an unfinished form and photos as a local draft. Restore requires a supported backup owned by the matching account and server reconciliation. Backups cannot grant Pro, reset quota or authorize another account.
6. Your content
You are responsible for inventory accuracy and for having rights to photographs and notes. Protect your device and account, choose export recipients carefully, and keep usable backup copies. Exports and backups are not password-encrypted, and loss, corruption, deletion, insufficient storage or service outages can prevent recovery.
7. Acceptable use
Use FastStock lawfully. Do not use content without permission, access another user’s data or purchases, tamper with quota or entitlement checks, forge backup ownership, reuse another account’s purchase token, or disrupt the backend.
8. Ending use and deletion
Export or back up anything you want to keep. Cancel Google Play renewal before requesting account deletion. Delete in the app or email katilov.apps@gmail.com. Deletion does not automatically issue a refund or remove Google Play transaction records. Details are provided on the account deletion page.
